SPAR Associates currently has a number of contract vehicles in place supporting Governments both in the United States and Internationally.

For the Government of Canada SPAR contracts under our Standing Offers and Supply Aranangements Contract EN578-150229/008/QF.  This Contract is valid until 22 December 2034 for Marine Architect and Engineering Services - T3PEA.  Under this contract SPAR provides Third Party Technical Expertise in Cost Estimating, Cost Analysis, Earned Value Managment, and Program Management for Canada's Marine related programs.

For the US Navy, SPAR is a Team Member under the Navy’s System Level Cost Analysis with Total Ownership Cost Management MAC IDIQ Contract N00024-19-D-2417  with MCR as the prime.  This is a recently awarded Contract and is valid until June 2024.  As part of a Specialized MCR team, SPAR provides all aspects of Cost Analysis from early stage design through Life Cycle Cost and Acquisition Strategies.

SPAR employs a professional staff experienced in program management information, cost analysis, and cost estimating for the shipbuilding industry. In addtion, our PERCEPTION software, the foundation for our innovative, cost-effective project management systems, is used successfully in many companies throughout the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom
